Labour Law

The Study Manual Labour Law is the result of classes and practical examples of the course „Labour law“ at the European Law Faculty, New University and serves as a study tool. At the beginning, the Manual explains the position of labour law in national, European and international framework. This is followed by description of fundamental elements of the employment relationship and explanation of institutes and concepts of individual labour law. In the scope of collective labour law, the Manual represents and explains the strike, collective agreements and workers participation in management in accordance with Slovenian legislation currently in force. At the end, each chapter includes questions for revision and additional literature, whereas at the end of the Manual there is a list of possible additional research activities in the field of labour law and topics of theses.
