Digitalization of Public Administration

Public administration services have undergone systematic digitization in recent years. More and more public administration services can also be provided online or only in this form. From the user's point of view, this brings many advantages, but also certain risks, such as digital exclusion, cyber risks and personal identity theft. The basis for using these services is digital identity. The Slovenian public administration offers more and more services that are performed electronically. Comparatively, Slovenia is average around the EU when it comes to the issue of digitalization of society as a whole and also when it comes to the issue of digitalization of public administration services
